Devolución de mercancía y derecho de desistimiento
El comprador tiene derecho a rescindir el contrato celebrado a distancia dentro de los 14 días siguientes a su ejecución.
Para que se mantenga el derecho a rescindir el contrato, el consumidor debe controlar la conservación de los productos en su estado original.
- El cliente podrá devolver el pedido, sin alegar justificación alguna, dentro de un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del mismo, procediendo Distribuciones Salamone SL al reembolso del importe abonado en un plazo máximo de 15 días, desde que se ejerció el derecho de desistimiento.
- La devolución del producto deberá hacerse, en caso de remitirlo a distancia por empresa de transporte, en caja cerrada y precintada y nuestro transportista ira a recoger el pedido a domicilio de nuestro cliente.
- En cuanto a los gastos de envío soportados por el cliente en la entrega del pedido, también serán objeto de reembolso en caso de haberse ejercitado en plazo el derecho de desistimiento. En cuanto a los gastos de devolución, deberá soportarlos el cliente, exceptuando el caso que el producto adolezca de cualquier defecto de fabricación o funcionamiento, en cuyo caso asumirá dichos costes distribuciones Salamone sl .
No se aceptará la devolución del producto si falta al menos uno de los componentes:
- Producto completo
- Recibo que acredite el hecho de la compra en la tienda online.
- Tarjeta de garantía
- Descripción del defecto redactada por el departamento de servicio.
El dinero de la mercancía será devuelto en los plazos establecidos por la legislación vigente.
